We are here to assist you with your rental search. Here are the steps to your New Start.
1. Complete the intake form below. This is not a credit check but a pre-application form to confirm your rental history and housing needs.
2. We will review your form and call you to discuss the full application process.
3. Complete the full application. It can be completed online or you can schedule an appointment to meet at our office.
4. Once approved, we will show you all of the apartments that you can afford. If you don't qualify, we will refer you to community agencies that provide financial counseling.
5. To secure the apartment of your choice, a $500 deposit is needed to reserve the apartment.
